DGM. Gravimetric dosing units.

DGM gravimetric dosing units are the flagship products of the MORETTO range as far as dosage is concerned. Their design is the result of a careful and challenging research that produced a series of machines designated for outputs ranging from 30 to 1800 kg/h, available in 7 sizes for a total of 118 models. The exclusive double-lid shutter device and the free-weighing hopper, which is disengaged from any mechanism or disturbing element, are the focal points of this project. These machines are highly flexible because of the interchangeability of their hoppers, among which is the pulsed hopper dosing microbatches of only 0,1 grams. Digital technology, SMD electronics, remote hand-held control are exclusive and patented DGM features.
