In the manufacturing of plastic components, the presence of dust or angel hairs can compromise the quality of the finished products leading to surface imperfections and structural issues. Deduster uses a combination of Vortex technology, pneumatic suction and the mechanical action of a precision-pitched spiral grid to remove dust from the granules, ensuring consistently high quality. The system's interchangeable grids are suitable for various granule sizes, guaranteeing maximum versatility.

Deduster should be installed near the receiver to ensure effective operation. Its all-stainless-steel construction guarantees polymer purity, and an optional ioniser makes it suitable for use in the optical and medical sectors. Product changeovers and cleaning are simple, quick, and tool-free.
