Interface devices

Moretto makes available different types of Man-Machine Interfaces. Mobility requires extensive connectivity to get useful data and immediate reaction time. A wide and varied portfolio to serve each situation according to the specific level of complexity to be managed. All of our applications are MOWIS ready as well as cloud interconnected under the Smart Factory concept.

Filters

Different filtering systems are used for plastic material treatment. The filter has an important role for the powder recovery, but also for the ope­rator safety and the environment protection.

Filtering system up to 2 μm as standard are available; also up to 0.3 μm for highly efficient filtering.

Ratio Valves

VP - VPX - VPN - VPNX

The ratio valve is used for direct recovery of the regrind material. The shape, purposely designed for the conveying of regrind material, makes it ideal for this type of application.

Hopper Bases

BTD - BTK

The hopper bases are suitable for the installation directly on board the processing machine. Well-built by a fusion of aluminium they are equipped with a side discharger in order to allow the hopper emptying.

Maintenance Hoppers

TMM - TMX - TM - TMC - TMH - TMK

A large selection of stainless steel, pyrex and acrylic material maintenance hoppers made in stainless steel, insulated stainless steel, pyrex or acrylic shockproof material. They are suitable for throat mount applications in order to create a material reserve on the processing machine and guarantee the process continuity for both dried and undried resins.

Their construction with pronounced cone guarantees a perfect material flow, even for regrind material. They are suitable to accommodate Moretto hopper loaders and receivers and can be equipped with quick opening hinge for an easy inspection and maintenance.

Quick release devices

CTS K – CTS T

The CTS quick release devices are designed to facilitate the cleaning operations.

Versions for maintenance hoppers (CTS T) and hopper loaders (CTS K) are available.

Thanks to the automatic return lever, it is possible to unhook the equipment with only one movement without the use of any tools, and optimizing the material changeover.

Hinges are devices for the controlled opening of the hopper loaders developed to facilitate cleaning operations and to make the access to maintenance hopper and hopper loaders faster and safer.

Magnetic separators

STS - STC

When regrind is recovered, the presence of metallic particles in a closed circuit is a concrete risk. A wide range of effective and easy to use solutions for these applications has been designed for every specific application.

Moretto separators are powerful magnets featuring high attraction capacity. The shape of separators is designed to obtain the certain capture in the material flow in transit in addition to easy cleaning.
