DVM

Dosing units for masterbatch and additives

DVM is the simplest solution for dosing of master and additives in granules. The direct setting of the percentage to be dosed makes programming very simple.

The motorized screw controlled ensures high reliability and it is easily extractable. The inclined and head guided dosing screw guarantees the maximum stability and precision. Different screw diameters are available, made of stainless steel with patented profile for a perfect dosing.

DVX Horizontal

Up to 4 stations horizontal blending unit

The dosing systems with horizontal mixer can be installed directly on the machine throat. The inclined screws prevent granule accidentally falling out. The horizontal mixers can be set up for two to four stations suitable to receive Moretto feeding systems. Dosing unit control based on inverter device and simple programming through direct percentage setting as a standard.

The dosing systems specifically manufactured on horizontal mixers employ the standard box control in modular configuration. The dosing unit works independently and the mixer operation can be program­med with perfect synchronism with the process machine. Different screw diameters are available, made of stainless steel with patented profile for a perfect dosing.

DVX Vertical

Up to 6 stations vertical blending unit

The dosing systems with vertical mixer include six different machine sizes. The mixers can be configured with a minimum of two stations up to a maximum of six. The dosing units are equipped with a system for a simplified programming through percentage direct setting. Ideal for dosing plastic granules, additives, master or regrind materials. Different screw diameters are available, made of stainless steel with patented profile for a perfect dosing.

DVM H

High temperature dosing unit for masterbatch and additives

DVM H is a volumetric screw doser designed for dosing of high temperature additives or masterbatch in granules. It can be combined with X DRY AIR dryers for the treatment of the master up to 180 °C.

DVM H does not use any cooling water. Units are made of stainless steel while the dosing unit is made of atoxic material. The body can be easily inspected and changing the screw is a quick operation through the rapid opening of the dosing unit.

Different screws are available to fit every requirements.

DVL

Liquid Doser

Liquid dosing units feature automatic speed regulation and have been purposely studied for dosing liquid pigments. Different flow rates available according to the quantity or percentage to be dosed.

Cleaning is particularly easy and is performed by replacing the elastic pipe.

They can be combined with gravimetric dosing units.

DVP

Powder Doser

The integration of powders needs specific units for the treatment. The DVP are designed in particular for the dosing of powders like talc or calcium carbonate. The system is completely made in stainless steel and it is equipped with the bridge break device as standard.
