It represents the latest addition to the range of high performance mi­ni-dryers for dehumidifying small batches of technical materials.

The X COMB series has been designed specifically to meet the stringent industry requirements and involves the use of high-efficiency turbo-compressors, zeolite technology, dew-point equalizer, and OTX hopper technology as standard.

X COMB dryers are MOWIS ready.

Flexible dryer

Moretto expands its range of X COMB dryers with the introduction of four new models: from X COMB 17 to X COMB 20.

X COMB is an innovative and exclusive flexible dehumidification system for technical polymers using honeycomb technology, with 100% zeolite absorbents. Combined with exclusive OTX hopper, it provides a dehumidification treatment that protects the polymer, while delivering high-level performance.

These series on trolley have an ultra-compact footprint of only 0.6 sqm. They can be placed easily next to the processing machine to optimise space on the production line.

The programming is simple and intuitive thanks to the 10” touch view control.

MOBILUX DUO

Compact trolley for X COMB mini dryer

MOBILUX DUO is the new integrated system for the conveying and the drying of plastic granule.

The backbone of the system is represented by the mini dryer of the X COMB series, characterized by high treatment quality and reduced energy consumption also thanks to the combination with the hoppers of the OTX series. The solution includes a trolley equipped with a DUO suction unit for the simultaneous management of two receivers, filter and suction valve, which allow closed-loop transport of the treated granule to the mouth of the processing machine.

The MOBILUX DUO has a single power supply and, thanks to its compact dimensions, find its ideal application alongside the press. It is equipped with pivoting wheels for easy movement.

FLOWMATIK COMB

Automatic technological air distribution

X COMB mounted in battery on trolley with FLOWMATIK server allows to centralize the management of the dehumidification system. In fact, the implementation of a single touch control serving all dryers facilitates process control and management activities, avoiding any downtime.

Setting requires only two parameters:

• Material type
• Throughput

All the rest is automatic.
