Extraction of regrind material

The fan-cyclone is the most versatile and effective solution for extraction of the regrind material from the GRE - GRT grinders. Soun­dproof fan and cyclone, rigid stainless steel pipe on fan outlet and cyclone fully inspectable for cleaning on all models.

Roto Dust

Dust separator

The Roto Dust separator has been studied for the treatment of the regrind material at machine side. Roto Dust is made in non-toxic material and it can be installed directly on the machine.

The hollow drum screens, the granule, the dust, extracted by a suction system, is removed by a countercurring air flow with a mechanical rotational movement.

Roto Dust is exclusive since it can be installed directly on the throat of the machine and can be perfectly combined with the Moretto range. Roto Dust can be provided with ionizer for a very efficacious treatment.

Conveyor belts

The recovery of the moulded pieces close to the machine is possible through this conveyor belts. Thanks to the inclined surface, it is possible to discharge the pieces at the desired height. Built in die-cast aluminium, they have a sturdy structure and are a valid support for production operations.

Conveyor belts are a practical solution for conveying work stations. Height adjustable conveyor belts are suitable for operating at the side of presses and granulators.

Built in anodised aluminium profile, installed on steel frame, and complete with castors.
