HYPER CUT is the newly developed, multi-blade, low-speed grinder suitable for the grinding of waste pieces, sprues and blown parts. This robust grinder features unrivalled versatility thanks to its rotor and cutting elements that can be configured for different customer applications.
The power of the motor is transferred to a single moving blade and three standard fixed blades. The screen, with an extended surface of 160 degrees, optimises material discharge and makes the grinder hyper productive.
HYPER CUT is characterised by an open-rotor design that provides outstanding accessibility to the heart of the grinder. The opening and closing of the hopper are fully electric and servo-assisted, requiring no tools. Cleaning and maintenance operations are simple and efficient.
Loading is possible manually or through conveyor belt and robot.
