CS - CSP SERIES
Daily bins
CS series storage bins are suitable for plastic material storage and handling. They are ideal for production management with beside-the-machine storage of sufficient material for daily needs. Completely made of stainless steel, the CS storage containers can be equipped with hermetic closing lid, magnetic separator and level sensors. The CSP series facilitate material flow and avoid any build-up of material thanks to their specific structure design. They are the final solution for critical materials storage such as regrind, flakes, powder or talc.

CSR BARCODE
Recipientes de armazenamento
Os contentores da série CSR são adequados para o armazenamento e manuseamento de grânulos de plástico.
Ideal para gerenciamento diário de materiais ao lado da máquina de processamento. Estão disponíveis 5 tamanhos padrão, com uma faixa de produção de 60 a 960 dm3 (de 2,1 a 33,9 pés3). Totalmente fabricados em aço inoxidável AISI 304, foram projetados com sistema de abertura por código de barras. Os silos da série CSR Barcode podem ser equipados com sonda de amostragem, separador magnético e sonda de nível.
A função destes recipientes de armazenamento é a proteção dos grânulos de plástico contra contaminação acidental e poeira eletrostática.

CS TROLLEY SERIES
Master trolley
Support frame with stainless steel hopper for the storage of masterbatch in granule. The modular system is composed by hoppers of a capacity of 50 dm3 each.
The hoppers are all removable to permit the cleaning operation in an easy way. They are equipped with an anti-block manual discharge slide gate valve.

Modular silos
SILBOX modular silos represent a perfect solution for the storage of granule material. Different models, single or double, with capacities from 480 to 7.200 dm3 can be loaded using thrust loading groups or Moretto vacuum systems. Silbox silos are completely built in stainless steel. They are completely bolted and can be extended, moved or arranged in different solutions.
Featuring level signals, slide gates, bridge-breakers and pulsed suction valves.

SS SERIES
Indoor storage silos
Moretto offers a range of SS indoor silos with capacities from 1.800 to 19.200 dm3. With a sturdy construction, they can be installed on a modular frame and equipped with vertical ladders, protections and mezzanine walking areas. When installed inside the materials warehouse, the SS series contribute to have an ideal storage, allowing a consistent recovery of space. These silos are a functional solution to solve the problem of the plastics storage. They can be equipped with level sensors, slide gates and bridge-break systems if necessary.
