SILCONTROL

Material decoding system

System designed to avoid human error during the loading of silos. The material is identified by means of a barcode reader. The silo is automatically recognized by querying the database and/or the ERP system. The pipe opens only after the silo to be loaded has been assigned to the correct material. When loading is completed, and the flexible pipe is disconnected, the rigid silo pipe will close automatically.

Silcontrol can be equipped with the STORZ, CAMLOCK or other types for the connection to tank trucks. In stand-by phase, the load pipe is plugged to avoid electrostatic contamination.
