In-line moisture analyzer

Moisture Meter CONTROL is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules residual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter CONTROL is based on “Power Peak” patented technology which determines the moisture inside the plastic granules by using electromagnetic waves.

• Moisture range up to 3000 ppm
• Temperature range 20-180 °C (68-356 °F)

The device is able to measure the minimum moisture level in ppm.

Moisture Meter CONTROL has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

Moisture Meter LOOP is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules residual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter LOOP has a Moisture Meter at the base of the hopper. When the system recognizes that the material leaving the hopper is not properly dehumidified, it starts the material recovery function. The material with a non-compliant moisture level at the base of the hopper is bring back into the hopper to guarantee a high quality production.

Moisture Meter LOOP has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

MOISTURE METER SENTINEL

Moisture Meter SENTINEL is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules resi-dual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter SENTINEL has a Moisture Meter at the base of the hopper. When the initial parameters have been overcome, the system starts the material recovery function until the achievement of set parameters. During this phase, it stops the regular material flow to respect the strictly quality control of medical sector.

Moisture Meter SENTINEL has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

Moisture Meter Manager es la revolución 4.0 en el secado de los polímeros. Ninguna maquina puede competir ni ofrecer certificación de producción con la máxima eficiencia energética, como lo hace Moisture Meter Manager.

El control de la humedad es absolutamente preciso gracias a la exclusiva tecnología «Power Peak». La medición delta entre la humedad inicial y final del gránulo en las entradas y salidas de las tolvas permite que el sistema gestione las condiciones de trabajo del secador maximizando el rendimiento del proceso.

Moisture Meter Manager integra el secador en un sistema adaptativo como se describe en el proyecto 4.0 de la fábrica Smart. Un proceso estructurado de este tipo, con Moisture Meter Manager, logra resultados increíbles en términos de eficiencia. Moisture Meter Manager escanea el material cada dos segundos y proporciona informes de calidad de grano con frecuencias regulares para cada pieza o muestra. Moisture Meter Manager certifica la producción pieza por pieza. Tiene una interfaz de operador táctil a color HD de 10''.

Moisture Meter MANAGER tiene conexiones: Ethernet, USB, Seriale RS485. Moisture Meter Manager es MOWIS ready.
