Moisture Meter CONTROL is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules residual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter CONTROL is based on “Power Peak” patented technology which determines the moisture inside the plastic granules by using electromagnetic waves.

• Moisture range up to 3000 ppm
• Temperature range 20-180 °C (68-356 °F)

The device is able to measure the minimum moisture level in ppm.

Moisture Meter CONTROL has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

Moisture Meter LOOP is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules residual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter LOOP has a Moisture Meter at the base of the hopper. When the system recognizes that the material leaving the hopper is not properly dehumidified, it starts the material recovery function. The material with a non-compliant moisture level at the base of the hopper is bring back into the hopper to guarantee a high quality production.

Moisture Meter LOOP has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

MOISTURE METER SENTINEL

Moisture Meter SENTINEL is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules resi-dual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter SENTINEL has a Moisture Meter at the base of the hopper. When the initial parameters have been overcome, the system starts the material recovery function until the achievement of set parameters. During this phase, it stops the regular material flow to respect the strictly quality control of medical sector.

Moisture Meter SENTINEL has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

MOISTURE METER MANAGER

Gestion du séchage parfait

MM MANAGER est la révolution 4.0 dans le séchage des polymères. Aucun dispositif ne peut concurrencer, ni offrir une certification de production avec l’efficacité énergétique de Moisture Meter Manager.

Le contrôle de l'humidité est précis grâce à la technologie exclusive «Power Peak». La mesure du delta entre l’humidité initiale et finale du granulé dans l’entrée et la sortie de la trémie permet au système de gérer les conditions de travail du sécheur, en maximisant les performances du processus.

MM MANAGER intègre le sécheur dans un système adaptatif, comme indiqué par la version 4.0 du projet Industrie Intelligent. Un processus équipé de Moisture Meter Manager, produit des résultats incroyables en termes d'efficacité. Moisture Meter Manager scanne le matériel toutes les deux secondes et fournit des rapports de qualité de grain avec des fréquences régulières pour chaque pièce ou échantillon. La production est certifiée pièce par pièce. Il a une interface utilisateur tactile couleurs HD 10’’.

MM MANAGER a des connexions: Ethernet, USB, série RS485. Il est prêt pour MOWIS.
