KASKO COMPACT

Three-phase compact receivers

The three-phase KASKO COMPACT receivers are dedicated to the vacuum conveying of plastic material in One Wire 3 three-phase conveying systems.

These machines have a compact design and they are entirely made of stainless steel. The filter’s autonomy increases significantly thanks to the Vortex effect. They are equipped with the assisted an opening which makes it more ergonomic and safer for the operator.

The exclusive receivers KASKO SKY, they are the perfect solution in transport systems for centralized systems connected to the One Wire server.

This machine has a structure completely in stainless steel to guarantee complete non-toxicity. Extreme safety thanks to the opening of the servo-assisted head and greater efficiency thanks to the Vortex effect. The machine is prepared for the installation of the proportional valve for the direct recovery of the regrind.

The system is equipped with a socket for the Master K and Master 300 handheld.

Three-phase slim receivers

Space-saving version of the exclusive KASKO SKY Series hopper loaders suitable for the direct installation on the dosing systems.

This version features the high productivity of One Wire systems even when a significant footprint reduction is required.

KASKO LARGE

Odbiorniki Large o podwyższonej wydajności

Odbiorniki serii LARGE są zaprojektowane do transportu dużej ilości materiałów z tworzywa sztucznego, w szczególności przy obróbce odpadów i przemiału.
Zawór spustowy z podwójną zasłoną jest główną cechą tego projektu: jest w stanie opróżnić odbiornik w zaledwie 3 sekundy, zwiększając tym wydajność produkcyjną o ok. 30%. Geometria cyklonowa polepsza ładowność z wykorzystaniem efektu wiru.

Dostępne są też specjalne modele do talku i proszków.
