Once the source and destination are specified, Loadmatik independently calculates the parameters, regardless of the distance or quantity. Thanks to the exclusive AI technology, which integrates machine learning models, the new system optimises every stage of the process increasing productivity and reducing energy costs.

ONE WIRE 6 PLUS

Automatic conveying system

One Wire 6 Plus is the exclusive management and control server capable of automatically managing the system operations, always ensuring maximum performance. The server automatically recognizes the requests of any loaders installed on the processing machines. It calculates and sets loading times, distances, and pipe cleaning cycles in real time.

One Wire 6 Plus uses machine learning models integrated with AI to optimize every phase of the production process.

The server One Wire 6 Plus can manage up to 80 users and support multi-zone configurations, even for complex applications.

X LOADER

Intelligent loader

The new generation X Loader receivers, with integrated “Sentry+” technology, provide active support for the automatic detection of the load values.

Among Loadmatik’s exclusive technologies, the X Loader receivers work in perfect synergy with the One Wire 6 Plus smart server and the KruiseKontrol speed control system. This interactive process allows transport parameters to be calculated automatically, ensuring maximum efficiency and consistent performance throughout every production cycle.

Automatic speed control in conveying systems

KruiseKontrol manages automatically the material speed in conveying systems. The system independently identifies the type of granules and sets the right speed for each conveying cycle. In this way, KruiseKontrol eliminates speed spikes, thereby preventing the formation of dust and angel hair, and reduces stress caused by friction and wear on the pipes.

KruiseKontrol is totally automatic. The operator needs only to set two parameters:
