    Pursuant to article 13 of the European Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) Moretto inform you about the personal data that shall be gathered and processed as follows:

    Data Controller

    The Data Controller is the company Moretto S.p.a. with registered office at via dell’Artigianato n. 3 – 35010 Massanzago, tel. +39 049 9396711. Any notice or communication about the personal data shall be sent by electronic mail to privacy@moretto.comor by registered letter to the aforementioned address. The Data Controller has not appoint any Data Protection Officer (DPO).

    Scope of processing

    The data that shall be gathered and collected are name, surname, contact dates of suppliers and customuers for the following scopes:

    1. pre-contractual and contractual relationship;
    2. legal, fiscal and accountig purposes;
    3. marketing purposes (i.e. invitation for exhibitions, events).

    The legal basis for processing is the contract for the scope of letter a., law for letter b. and the express consent of data subject for letter c.

    Data Providing

    The communication of data is mandatory for:

    • the performance of contract (a.)
    • the compliance with the legal obligations (b.).

    It is optional and conditioned to the data subject’s express consent for:

    • marketing purposes (c.).

    Failure to provide data and, where necessary, failure to give express consent, make it impossible to pursue the purposes indicated above.

    Data communication

    The Data Controller shall communicate the data collected for the scopes aforementioned to:

    1. staff of Data Controller specifically appointed to do so;
    2. advisor, consultant, bank, service companies, insurance, credit institutions;
    3. other companies of the Data Controller.

    Period and procedure of processing

    Data shall be processed in paper or electronic form. The time of the collection of the personal data is limited to the achievement of the aforementioned scope and for the time in which the Data Controller is subject to obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes, provided by law or regulation and in any case no later than 10 years.

    Data transfer

    The Data Controller shall transfer the personal data to a third country in compliance with the GDPR, article 44.

    Data Subject's rights

    You may exercise the rights provided for in the GDPR with an electronic mail privacy@moretto.com.

    The rights of the Data Subject:

    • request the withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    • request from the Controller access to and obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and all the information;
    • rectification;
    • erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten);
    • restriction of processing;
    • the data portability: to receive the personal data concerning him/her which he/she has provided to a Controller in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another Controller without limitation.
    • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

    Data profiling or automated processing

    The data shall be not collected by automated processing such as the profiling.
