DLF - Automatic manifold

Dolphin is specifically created for material-machine allocation in plastics conveying plants. Each arm is independent and managed by a pneumatic cylinder, thus ensuring a very efficient and reliable easy-to-control automation system. Models available from 2 to 36 in-out.

DELPHY

Manual manifold with RFID control

Thanks to stainless steel construction, DELPHY manifold unit guarantees safe, contamination-free transport. The machine connections are made of stainless steel and feature a sealed closure.

Each unit is equipped with RFID control, which checks every second if the connection is correct. A system of coloured flashing LEDs assists the operator with configuration and alerts them in the event of an error, preventing the material from being transported.

TLC

Manual manifold

TLC manual manifold allows to increase the connections up to six machines on the same material. The branch connections can supply from three to six machines at the same time. Thanks to the modular structure, the manifolds can be extended over the time.

TLC can be provided with material decoding system.
