Automatic manifold

Dolphin is specifically created for material-machine allocation in plastics conveying plants. Each arm is independent and managed by a pneumatic cylinder, thus ensuring a very efficient and reliable easy-to-control automation system. Models available from 2 to 36 in-out.

Manual manifold with RFID control

The DELPHY manual manifold is designed to meet advanced standards of reliability and modularity, and ensures rapid matching of materials, safely supporting the frequent changes typical of modern systems.

DELPHY features an RFID recognition system that enables real-time control of each connection. This prevents the transport cycle from starting if source-to-destination connection is incorrect.

Each unit is equipped with flashing colour leds, that assist the operator with configuration:

• Green LED, correct connection
• Red LED, incorrect connection
• Blue LED, free outlets correctly closed

TLC

Manual manifold

The manual manifold allows to increase the connections up to six machines on the same material. The branch connections can supply from three to six machines at the same time. Thanks to the modular structure, the manifolds can be extended over the time.

TLC can be provided with material decoding system.
